UN International Collaboration and Coordination Agency Corp. is an international organization first registered in the United States and then filed with the Department of Social Affairs of the United Nations Economic and Social Council in 2016. It is a non-governmental organization headquartered in New York, United States.

Article 3:

The UN International Collaboration and Coordination Agency will establish organizational branches in different regions and countries around the world based on the development needs in accordance with the laws and regulations of the host country.

Purpose and Mission

The International Cooperation and Coordination Agency is committed to maintaining world peace, promoting social and cultural progress, and promoting sustainable economic development.

Article 5:

The UN International Collaboration and Coordination Agency will strictly abide by the spirit of the United Nations Charter and the laws and regulations of the countries where each project partner is located, accept the supervision and guidance and participate in activities organized by relevant departments of the United Nations.

Article 6:

The UN International Collaboration and Coordination Agency will comply with the trend of global political, economic, and trade integration, organize various exhibitions and conference and efforts should be made to promote the exchange and cooperation among UN member states in areas such as economy, trade, culture, art, technology, education, agriculture, etc. Actively participating International humanitariane emergency rescue and international security.

Chapter 3

Members

Article 7:

The members of this organization are divided into group (unit) members and individual members.

Article 8:

Adults from all countries who acknowlege the articles of the International Collaboration and Coordination Agency, regardless of nationality, gender, skin color, occupation, religion, political beliefs, wealth, or social position can apply to become an individual member of this organization. Any corporate or social organization that identifies with this organization and is willing to abide by its articles of association may apply to become a group member of this organization.

Article 9:

Procedure for Individual Member:

Upon recommendation by the recommender, submit the application and personal identification documents;

To be discussed and approved by the Bureau Council meeting;

The membership certificate is issued by the Bureau Council or the reginale branch authorized by the Bureau Council.

Article 10:

Procedure for Group Members:

Submit the application, proof documents of the applying unit and proof of legal person identity.

If conditions permit, on-site inspections may be conducted on the applicant group.

The inspection results will be submitted to the Heafquarters Administration for review.

Approved by the Headquarters Administration to become a formal member, the Headquarters Administration shall issue the certificate.

Article 11:

Members's rights:

The right to be selected as a functional member of the organization;

Participate in the activities of the organization;

(3)

Priority in obtaining services from the organization;

(4)

The right to criticize, suggest, and supervise the work of the organization;

(5)

Joining the organization voluntarily and withdrawing the organization freely.

Article 12:

Members' obligations:

Strictly abide by the articles of the constitution of this organization;

Consciously implementing the resolutions of the organization;

(3)

Safeguarding the legitimate rights and reputation of the organization;

(4)

Strive to complete the tasks assigned by the organization;

(5)

Pay membership fees according to regulations.

Article 13:

Members who want to withdraw from the organization should notify the organization in writing and return the documents issued by the organization.

Article 14:

If any member of the organization commits serious violations of these articles of organizations or other illegal acts, the organization will persuade or remove them in accordance with regulations.

Chapter 4

Bureau Council

Article 15:

The highest authority of this organization is the Bureau Council, which has the following powers:

(1)

Develop and modify articles of the constition of the organization;

(2)

Elect and dismiss bureau leaders and directors;

(3)

Review the work report and financial report of the Bureau Council of directors;

(4)

Decide on termination matters;

(5)

Decide on other major matters.

Assets and Daily Management

Source of Funds for the Organization

Membership fees;

Legal sponsorship;

Legal donations;

Income from lawful provision of services and activities;

Wealth management and interest income;

Other legitimate income.

Article 17:

The funds of this organization must be used for the business scope specified in these articles of organization.

Article 18:

Establish a compliant financial management system to ensure the legality, authenticity, accuracy, and completeness of accounting information

Article 19:

No member of the organization shall privately occupy, divide, or misappropriate the assets of the organization.

Chapter 6

Termination Procedure of the Organization and Property Disposal after Termination

Article 20:

If the organization and its subordinate institutions need to stop working or revoke the institutions, they must be reported to the Bureau Council of Directors for approval.

Article 21:

The motion to terminate the organization shall be passed by the vote of the Bureau Council.

Article 22:

The remaining property after the termination of the organization shall be used for the development of undertakings related to the purpose of the organization.

Article 23:

These Articles of the constitution of organization shall come into effect after being announced by the Bureau Council of the International Collaboration and Coordination Agency at its meeting.

Article 24 :

The official languages of the organization are Chinese and English.

Article 25:

The final interpretation of this Constitution shall be vested in International Collaboation and Coordination Agency.
